Nous sommes à la recherche d'un développeur .net / azure pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique à notre bureau de Québec ou de Montréal. Sous la responsabilité du lead technique, le développeur participera activement à l’amélioration de l’utilisation de la plateforme Azure pour gérer, convertir et consommer des données brutes, mettre en place de bonnes pratiques d’utilisation d’azure, et aider l’équipe d’analyste de donnée à extraire et exploiter les données pertinentes des projets. Le développeur participera également au développement de projets d’intégrations, d’entrepôts de données et de programmes marketing pilotés par les données.

Tourné vers les besoins des clients, le candidat recherché devra démontrer de la rigueur et de l'autonomie. Le poste demande une grande polyvalence et met en perspectives plusieurs sujets innovateurs. Reporting to the Director, Delivery and Operations, the Project Manager will work with the Consulting team, Business Intelligence Managers and clients to understand and document business needs from initiation through project close and handover.

The Project Manager will write the scoping documents ensuring that all requirements, assumptions and constraints are captured and formalized. As part of this process the Project Manager will participate with the technical teams (architects, analysts, DBA, developers) in the design of solutions and definition of the testing strategies and validation of results. Finally, they will be involved in the execution of said projects ensuring that the solution is delivered to the expected standards and that it complies with the scope defined.

Traveling to be expected up to 10 to 20% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties covering planning, monitoring and control including some or all of the following:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects following best practices and methodologies leading cross-functional team(s) and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate and support the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables working directly with customers to understand their unique business challenges and objectives supporting the consulting team.
  • Create and develop project plans, define, assemble, manage resource requirements and allocation as well as identifying and managing areas of risk including the application of mitigation strategies.
  • Track and ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and to the required level of quality using appropriate tools.
  • Define the optimum QA strategy, based on each project objective and constraints, organize and run/oversee tests to validate the expected behavior of the solution.
  • Monitor and present reports defining project progress status, issues, solutions and success metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results including customer feedback, post mortems etc.
  • Act as a leader and agent for execution excellence, innovation and a positive work environment.
  • Influence and implement continuous improvements to operational and delivery processes.
  • Act as a technical product expert on utilising the platforms and solution eco systems utilised by Relation1.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration, ideally with a marketing /technology specialisation and/or other combination of relevant education and experience;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and project management, including a minimum of 5 years in the areas of digital marketing and/or e-commerce and/or customer relationship management;
  • Experience in project management and customer relationship in a company providing services or software to other companies;
  • Experience in writing service offerings and business proposals for package IT projects;
  • Experience in data projects (BI reports, loyalty program, RFM segmentation, synchronization of large volumes of data between systems etc.) and/or Email marketing (customer journeys, triggered emails, onboarding strategies, etc.)

Volet ressources humaines

Project Control Officer (PCO) – Temporary Position

Under the supervision of the Project Office Manager (PMO), we are looking to fill a position in Project Planning, Monitoring and Control (PCO). The position is at the Montreal office.

The mandate is for a minimum period of three months with a possibility of renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities

The control officer's mandate is to assist the head of the project office in the planning and allocation of resources for all projects in progress, also in the follow-up on the progress of the works and the control of the costs of the project and plays a key role in the success of projects.

Their main functions are:

  • Assist the Project Office Manager in planning and resource allocation for all ongoing projects.
  • In collaboration with the project managers, produce on a weekly basis a management report on the status of projects including progress of works, cost controls, risk management, etc.
  • Track outstanding issues, change requests, approval of deliverables, etc.
  • Analyze project resource efforts, validate project costs, and produce the necessary management reports for the accounting team.
  • Produce various monthly management reports.
  • Improve tools already in place.

Experience and Qualifications

RELATION1 is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Toronto.

The CSM is responsible for the success of the day to day customer relationships that support our client’s multi-channel marketing activities, quality of delivery and managing the team who directly support these activities.
