RELATION1 is seeking an exceptional strategic thinker and data-centric thought leader to join our growing team of industry leading subject matter experts.

As Strategic Account Director, Customer Success – you will be responsible for guiding top national brands to build loyal and profitable relationships with their customers.

In this role, you will be expected to manage and develop strategic client relationships, secure new business and become a trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients. You will be expected to manage the entire lifecycle of account planning for your clients.

This position will be based in our Montreal office, reporting to the VP Customer Success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Consulting Services

  • Provide support and expertise in digital marketing and 1:1 personalization.
  • Provide thought leadership in order to sufficiently provide value-added consulting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be an influencer that will advance the development, communication, implementation and management of strategies and business initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth professional consultation to new business specific initiatives in areas aligned with Relation1’s core mission.
  • Foster the development of the Relation1 team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution

Account management & Business Development

Be a trusted advisor and business partner in identifying client needs and recommend solutions (consulting, professional services and/or technology solutions) that solve critical business issues and achieve organizational priorities. You need to manage the account from the business point of view as well as gain trust from the individuals that you’ll be working with.

  • Represent and promote Relation1’s full service offerings and help clients meet their strategic goals and increase the perceived value of our services.
  • Represent Relation1 in front of the client and increase the perceived value of our services.
  • Manage the development of winning proposals and presentations to create business solutions based on client business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, based on collaboration and thought leadership.
  • Understand clients’ needs, their expectations and fulfill them.
  • Maintain a healthy sales (account growth) pipeline of at least 3 times your objectives in gross pipeline.
  • Delivers sales presentations to effectively relate company services to potential customers' needs.

Marketing Business Analyst

Job Description

The Marketing Business Analyst will report to the Director of Salesforce Practice and will be highly involved in gathering client requirements and designing the business solutions. He/She is an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills. He/She will work closely with the consulting team on pre-sales initiatives and with the delivery and development teams to deliver successful projects.

He/She must have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the Salesforce environment:

  • Integration with ERP and other systems
  • CRM experience
  • Work with large volume of data (multi-millions)
  • Advanced personalization and automation scenarios
  • Use of multiple modules/features of the Salesforce ecosystem (Preferably Marketing, Service and Sales Clouds)
  • Driven by performance measurement and ROI demonstration

Responsibilities

Pre-sale and business analysis

  • Work closely with the consulting & customer success teams to identify project opportunities and promote Relation1’s service offerings
  • Document statements of work in collaboration with consultants and account teams
  • Identify the business requirements and propose the appropriate solution and work with the development team to produce the effort estimates
  • Lead sessions to gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, architecture diagrams and task/workflow analysis
  • Performing market watch for Marketing Cloud technology offering
  • Participating in the Salesforce Partner network to be up to date with new features and best practices

Project execution

  • Design the overall solution architecture based upon the business needs and requirements
  • Establish technical specifications to be implemented by the development team
  • Participate in the delivery and monitoring of the solutions with the development and operation teams
  • Identify and implement the key performance indicators to measure the programs success
  • Execute consulting projects and participate in client’s strategic workshops
  • Train R1 and client’s staff on SFMC and delivered business solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as business analyst, software architect or software developer
  • 5+ years of experience working in CRM and/or supporting a marketing or sales organization
  • Experience in enterprise system integration

Senior Marketing Data Scientist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate their competencies in the analysis and interpretation of massive amounts of data as well as in the development and exploitation of machine and deep learning models across various marketing projects and initiatives.

The candidate will actively participate in the definition and implementation of artificial intelligence-based personalization strategies for Relation1’s clients’ marketing programs.

In this context, the candidate will have to work in close collaboration with the consulting team to define the relevant analyzes to put in place across various mandates as well as participate in the preparation and presentation of the results. They will also actively participate in the pre-sales activities to identify new opportunities with clients and prospects.

The Senior Marketing Data Scientist will be part of the Data and Technology team in Montreal and will ensure adherence to best practices in the field of data analysis and machine learning and act as a subject matter expert in these fields.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities to identify new opportunities with clients and prospects
  • Supervise and ensure quality in:
  • The construction and programming of Machine and Deep Learning models
  • Management, hygiene and data engineering
